Right ok. I think the way to tuck ties in with what eason says, your supposed to imagine trying to snap the bar in half when gripping, which brings the elbows under the bar better and keeps everything tighter.

Kopped a bike, lock and helmet today. Rode it to the gym and home.

Some plebe schwinn high plains 6.4 mountain bike that a guy i was volunteering with was getting rid of. Sold it to me for $80 which seemed fair. Spent another $40 on a helmet and $30 on a chain lock.

I figured i'd see if i bike a lot and then upgrade from there if it feels necessary. My gym is 5 miles away and quite hilly to get to so it's not like it's some quick jaunt.

(Also, i'm terribly out of shape cardio wise. And the cold is hell on my asthma).

Also since knucks called me fat I decided to stop gaining weight and just recomp for a few weeks...its been going well. Still weighing around 210(208-211) but have leaned a little bit. This is without flexing:

Probably sitting around 15-16% BF...which I will gladly take. That means to step on stage at 5% BF I'd need to weigh between 180-185...meaning a 30 pound cut. Notbad

lol YUP! Hoping it all pays off in the end. If everything goes as planned I'll have gained about 15lbs of LBM in a year...which I don't think I could be disappointed about in the slightest.

LSE has a best body competition in the summer, might enter it at like 8% bf in the summer at like 180ish........or pin and enter at 200.

Also found out the athletics union has a fight night here some time at the end of the term, have to fight someone on the football or hockey team (not americah hockey, english bitch housewife hockey) will provide the lolz.

I'm loving economics now, favourite subject, considering switching to straight econ. Slewing everyone in my class with my master race knowledge. Then again it could be that I'm just not socially retarded and answer questions where as everyone knows the answers too they just don't say anything. I have no idea what keynesian is, we just started dat der game theory and john nash shit.

Helping my fat jewish friend get shredded and aesthetic. He has a gastric band so I'm confused why hes not already shredded. He's starting an EC stack this week, he thinks it sterons lul.

due to my sweet shoulder injury continuing to be a bastard and my knee still not 100%, my schedule has devolved from 4x a week upper/lower to:

a) rdl, front squat, band gm

b) front squat, rdl, split squat

and fuck-all else. pretty much anything that requires my shoulder to do more than stabilize irks it - i am going to have to add in one movement at a time and see how i feel after but pretty much all mobility work and every upper pressing or pulling movement is cut. frustrating stuff - im thinking the only other things i could add in are grip work or calf raises - even doing stuff like planks bugs my shoulder the next day.
