I plan on doing that come springtime when I need to start tanning for contest prep.

Your a doctor right? So you support tanning beds? I wont get cancer of the dick? I should probably cover my tattoos, dont want them to get fried.

dude wants to eat some cheesecake and oreos - so what? as much as i question the need for something like CBL, if eating junk helps in compliance, i see no need why someone should be eating white rice and yams instead because of some value judgement supported by questionable logic. this is up there with josh ripping on guys doing dumbbell shrugs because they aren't functional and people doing them all need to grow up one day.

Listen, I'm not saying he won't be able to reach his goals (more muscle, less fat) with that diet. I'm just saying that there are other health concerns beyond body composition that deserve a place in his planning. Highly processed junk food is bad for you, and not just because it makes people fat.

db_ggmm's point about homemade ice cream or cheese cake is very well taken. Having the control to use quality, real food makes a big difference over store bought desserts, even if the calories and macro contents are the same.

^ yea if you look at my log most of my sweets are organic / not that processed. Fruity pebbles and oreos excluded, but fruity pebbles are gluten free :P. I'm going to try harder to keep all the junk food organic and close to gluten free. Went to whole foods today and stocked up.

I tan occasionally when I'm in town at my home gym. Other than that, I mostly work in Florida during the winter so kind of takes care of itself.

Will be doc in 1.5yrs...yes I support tanning beds from an aesthetic tan point of view...and yes you will get melanoma of the penor.

My tattoo is faded as fuark from the sun. Gotta get it touched up soon.

Also, that's the type of physique almost every 5'7-5'10er gets once they stop dicking around and go on a proper bulk with heavy compounds and then starts cutting.

Unless you have physiologically low levels of testosterone, there's no reason a man of the above mentioned heights can't get to that physique with 2 years of legitimate training and dieting.

If that dude is 5'9"(hard to tell), he's probably 180-185 with 11% BF.

Naw he's gotta be over 200. I'm 180 and look no where that filled out
post #22286 of 47182
Defo not 200, he is not bigger the knucks or chariy, would estimate maybe 175 at 5'9", zyzz was like 190 or something and much bigger.

Mate at 5'9"ish and 140lb looking jacked with an 80kg bench, 100kg squat and 140kg deadlift, he can do about 40 chins though. No idea how he got 16" arms at such a low body weight.

I need meal ideas for bulking during summer. Winter was easy, I would just slow cook big batches of chili con carne, beef stews, etc. So far all I can think if is making and freezing beef burger patties. I work 'till 6:30, go straight to the gym, and don't get home 'till 9. Needs to be meals I can prepare in advance and preferably stores well.
