Sometimes I think Kiefer always has a secret behind CBL. Before CBL was even released I was lifting at a hardcore powerlifting gym, John Pinder actually knows all the people there because he's a local, anyways there's boxes and boxes of oreos and teddy grahams that the lifters would slam after a workout.. and all these dudes were huge.
