Yeah like 1 or 2 wide grip. I always assumed thats because i carry more weight in my lower body.
Honestly i think my strength is about right for my size. I worked out with a black guy with similar measurements to me except at like 8%BF and i was slightly stronger than him. I spotted a guy benching 220 and he was expectedly a lot bigger than me. My friend is 5'9 210 and only benches about 260 for a max. He has been on test, tren and d-bol (at 18.)
Yeah nags wtf I'm 5'11", 170 lbs and bench 255; your strength is not right for your size unless you're comparing yourself to people who don't lift
