Yeah like 1 or 2 wide grip. I always assumed thats because i carry more weight in my lower body.
Honestly i think my strength is about right for my size. I worked out with a black guy with similar measurements to me except at like 8%BF and i was slightly stronger than him. I spotted a guy benching 220 and he was expectedly a lot bigger than me. My friend is 5'9 210 and only benches about 260 for a max. He has been on test, tren and d-bol (at 18.)

Yeah nags wtf I'm 5'11", 170 lbs and bench 255; your strength is not right for your size unless you're comparing yourself to people who don't lift

Gonna add chicken stock at the bottom, but my understanding is that a lot of slow cooker stuff utilizes internal moisture because of the cooking time.

Also, it's going into the freezer plus it's just for friday (hosting an early thanksgiving potluck for friends)

Like i said, i'll see how it comes out.

It's really really not, I'm about to do speed work with your max squat + 85lb and I'm about 20lb less then you. Do no believe someone who is 200lb at 8% bf benches under 145.

stinger is just the guy who wants to justify why he does or doesn't do something while still complaining of the ineffectiveness of what he is or isn't doing.

The reason you can't do many pull ups surely must be because you weight to much in relation to your strength.

For instance, I could do 12 chin ups before this summer at 165 lbs and I do the same amount now at 185, even though my back and arms are bigger. After the next cut, those numbers will go up.

Long term I'd like to stay at 185 to 190 lbs, but I won't be somewhat satisfied with my lifts until I've got a BW bench, 1.5 BW squat and 1.75 BW DL.

Btw, Isn't it much more difficult t build strength and muscle size at over 15% body fat? I read somewhere (think it was on Leangains) that the optimum bf to build muscle was around 8-12 %. At higher bodyfat, every pound you gain will be more fat and less muscle.

In that case, you might want to drop some pounds and start a new bulk. At lifts that low, it really shouldn't be hard to maintain. At least I could on my last cut.

I could be way off here though.

Here's my workout. Am I missing Anything?

*I work out at a rec center, so no power rack. I clean my overhead presses and try to make up what I don't have with bands.. I do what I can.

How long have you been lifting for? "My size" is pretty fucking skinny, which is why i would expect to be weak. I would say 6'2 220+ is beginning to not be skinny and by that time my lifts will have gone up a fair bit.

He wasnt 200lb, i think he is 160 ish but only 5'10 and 8%.....he has similar measurements to me e.g same size arms although his are leaner, so if anything he should be a fair bit stronger than me. I just got back from my leg workout, i squatted 180 x 7 for my heaviest set. I know my form and flexibility and everything else are terrible for squats though i never feel comfortable at all. What do you conventional deadlift?
a fucking billion x 15
I don't pull conventional, but I could probably pull somewhere between 160kg-180kg. I don't really deadlift at all to be honest.

edit: wtf is a banded pull up?
