LOLZ actually my diet is pretty much carb backloading...i stick to no high glycemic carbs before workouts.

Training fasted feels good anyways...as long as I get enough sleep.

High or low metabolism has nothing to do with bloating.

Bloating is bloating.

If you have a "low metabolism," it is most likely due to the way you eat or have been eating.
