My bench has shot straight up since I started doing it two months ago. Only did DB's before.
110 x 5 at the start and did 145 x 6 today. Clearly noob gains, though.
I'm probably gonna stall it soon. I have problems with my overhead mobility in my left arm from an old accident. I haven't been able to increase my DB shoulder press for a year. Stuck at 10 reps with 40 pound DB's ![shog[1].gif](http://files.styleforum.net/images/smilies/shog%5B1%5D.gif)
Edit: My lifts for the big three for 5 reps are: 145/165/240
Is this weird? Squat is horrible because of form problems. Currently working on hamstring flexibilty and not rounding lower back.
