Back in highschool, I was a fat slob, who played DT on the varisty football team that eventually played in college. I wasn't jacked, hell I didn't lose the bulk of my 295lbs until my mid-twenties. Now, I am in my mid-thirties, 175lbs and in the best shape of my life. I am also crank 'casue Ex has me running Keto at the moment, grrr....

Back in highschool I was 230lbs of couch potato fat.  I didn't step into a gym until I was 21.

I'm doing alright, we spent the first 6 months working around my hip injury and we're still cutting, I'm in transition from the zig-zag to waved calories and we both decided to run keto for a week or two between the switch. I am not there yet completely, but I figure by the end of the year I'll be a hell of a lot closer. I'm down 31lbs since January and have made progress with my hip, I can't complain, except for the lack of carbs at the moment...

Chin up PR 22.5kg for an easy triple. 10x3 multiple times a week is doing wounders. I do not understand how people manage to fuck up the squat form so much. This guy was holding the bar above his back as in basically the start of a behind the neck press, using a fairly wide stance, going down vertically and barely moving. Last 3 things are fairly normal, but wtf at holding the bar off your shoulders when you squat

I want to increase my weighed pull up, my squat increased very quickly from very heavy low rep work and so will my pull up. Not like I can't do high reps probably able to hit around 20 if I go to failure.

I was on the gymnastics club team before wrecking my knee and one of the best things was the huge rope up to the ceiling. I miss it. Hell of a workout.
