I don't supp much these days but I always have a jug from TP around for PWO and occasional meal replacements... love making "sludge" with peanut butter and Skip's blend...

Been eating like 12 eggs a day for a while, i think its making me sick. Gonna do a tally of how many eggs I eat a day for a month (becuz dat is when the central limit theory starts working or some shit) and then see what kind of distribution my egg eating follows, probably normal distribution, but there are other factors like sometimes the large eggs are on sale so I use those instead so maybe I should do the mass of the eggs I consume daily. I'm doing this to avoid doing actual stats.

Too many eggs can give you leaky gut . Sounds like a lot... I eat 2 whole eggs + egg whites +sausage and gravy or bacon erryday
