Yeah dont see how they can be an advantage really? Actually they tend to push me onto my toes in squats as well, even though im staying much more upright than i was squatting in socks.

Yeah box squats are harder, I do them regularly (2-3 times a month) in addition to regular squats. Well I squat 2 plates for reps on regular, 80 kg on box. If you want to really train exploding out of the hole, sit down and pause for a 2 count.

Yo Fuji worse is when people 1/2 squat 100+ kg and come up all wobbly knees and claim they're "strong in the legs"

I just cooked 5 lbs of ribs in the slow cooker with rub + bbq sauce and then broiled them to get dat char.

turns out the cut also had a huge slice of pork belly attached to it.

Holy fuck I'm in heaven.
