I haven't a clue who this girl is, she added me on facebook a few days ago. Probably a bot or some chick that thinks Facebook is like MySpace (add whoever for friends++ cuz that makes you pOpUlAr!11)
Happy because I think I'll be hitting 405 DL within 2 months. Sad because of my cripple-bench, I don't even dare see how much I can still do for fear of injuring shoulder again.
My problem with squats is that I don't get much or any glute and hamstring activation. My hips want to rise before the chest.
I am going to do box squats with a really wide stance and try to keep knees over ankles or just behind. Will also work on hamstring flexibility. It's really shit. If I lie down on my back, I can only go 45 degrees up with straight legs
