Watching this video from that Knucks link makes me realize I do something kind of similar, but I'm more flexible that that guy. I can sit at the bottom pretty easily, but my back rounds and my position looks similar to his. Pretty discouraging and wish i could get a proper diagnosis of what all i need to do to fix it. Really feel like my squat is super weak.

This is one of staple meals nowadays.. blean bean burgers fresh off the oven. SO good and a pretty good protein serving.

same, they are massive. Makes it much harder to judge BF%, because the rest of me is pretty lean with a good 10lb of fat on my ass.
