Did some squats today at 60kg, with my heels on plates. Huge difference. Easy to stay upright, more stress on legs rather than back. So it looks like poor ankle flexibility is causing my form problems. Will get olympic shoes asap, and start working on ankle mobility as well.

 

I had an SI issue for a while. Didn't affect my back squats too much, but had a really hard time front squatting or doing KB swings or anything else that had a tendency to pull my upper body forward. I've been working with a chiropractor/ART for a few months now, and it's made a huge difference.

I russled so many jimmies of the korean variety last night, so so many.

Was in the common room getting drunk with like 9 girls and 1 other guy who was gay so obviously strong as fuck ratio. Other table of koreans also getting drunk mixing kronenburg with smirnoff, walk over to there table and was like hey guys im asian too lets get shitted. Was perplexed by there ratio of 9 guys to 1 girl so I asked them why it was such a sausage fest. Some beta says the 1 girl is so beautiful it makes up for the lack of women, obviously lol at him and tell girl she's quite aesthetic and would bang, but she's not a heavenly blessed beauty. Obviously Korean humour is different then mine because she got mad as fuck, also turns out shes a masters student and is 25 so having a drunk 18 year old tell you he'd fuck you is probably quite offensive. Eventually some korean kid with a broken arm said that if I didn't leave something very bad would happen to me (strong LSE badman) and I felt quite unwelcomed so I eventually rejoined my friends. definitely this, looks about 800.



Might do a couple of months of SS again when i get olympic shoes so i can work my squat back up and make sure its proper form, same with deadlift as i havent been doing them for ages. If i gain like 10lb in 2 months then i should be able to add some weight to my bench as well hopefully.

1600 cals of pasta and shrimp would be a shitload of food, unless you've got a big dose of fat in there.

Right now I'm eating pasta with tomato tuna sauce. 175 g pasta, 250 g tuna and 300 g tomato sauce ends up like 900 cals and that's two fully loaded plates. 120 g carbs, 5 g fat and 90 g protein. Macros sound pretty weird but it tastes good and is perfect for those IF workout days that require lots of carbs, very low fat.

Says 130g protein and I see 8 shrimp for 20g so I can only assume that is only 1/6th of the total meal.

It's deeper than it looks, 300g (dry) pasta + 1 lb shrimp cooked in wine and butter. A little too much butter, actually, felt gross after.

According to packages + internets, 500g shrimp is about 100 g protein and 4-500 calories. Pasta is 1100 calories for 300g and ~40g protein. And then there's the butter and Parmesan.

So, in conclusion, fuck all yalllllll

Those are my actual glasses, I buy my glasses from zenni optical so they're like $6 with lenses. As a result I buy retarded looking frames.
