And would I continue to up my press and bench, even without the day rest?

This might not even be a permanent thing… just for the next 3 weeks until I get my new roster.

arm ergometer? or do weight circuits as cardio. Hit 20 pullups before your 7 weeks are up

I feel that.

Not because of injuries but this is one of the few times where my bench press has been moving but my squat hasn't.

Fucking stuck at 445x2x5 and it's pissing me off.

Taking a week or two off from squats and resetting the weight.

Much the same--I'm going to take recovery of this groin pull very seriously and get back into lower body lifts super slowly.

I started today actually, with 3 sets of body weight squats.

Ugh. Second-to-last heavy day before competition, and it was awful. Previous workout was excellent, but today I was missing my openers. Not good. Gonna have to get my ass in gear and really focus on Sunday.

I don't know how weightlifting competition atmospheres are but once you're at the competition, the extra adrenaline should give you nice kick in the ass.

What about the elliptical machines, are they too stressful?
