Never making bolognese sauce again. Turrible macros. I ate 1200+ calories of bolognese and pasta and I was still hungry (dat recomp calorie swing)

Gonna make more beef with barley soup.

I swear best feel in the world is eating a huge plate of carbs then sleeping. Thats basically what I did everyday during my year off school before I had to get a job. No longer strongest at LSE gym, jacked post grad guy doing front levers and muscle ups, feels bad man.

Is this common? Is it an issue with my technique, or is it something I should talk to a doctor about?

depending on where you rack the bar it can be that it was giving your neck a bit too much compression. wouldn't go to a doctor for that at least if it doesnt persist. ive blacked out a few times during cleans.

and by all means if you find yourself blacking out legit while pressing, drop the shit right away. bar dropping on the floor > bar dropping on you

Was 10lb away from my goal weight back in January and went the opposite way, regaining 25lb. 210 now.

Off to the gym to begin the long road back.

Honestly, I would get it checked out. There's a 99% chance it's something benign like you compressed your neck, had low blood sugar, were dehydrated, whatever...but there's always a chance it's something life-threatening like a heart abnormality or a brain issue.

Yea for what it's worth; my boss was feeling dizzy after a workout and was complaining about it and had a little black out while biking too. He dropped dead instantly inside his house three weeks ago. Pretty tragic, I'm also going to be out of a job in a month or two now.

Memphis kinda sucks. Can't shop anywhere, guess I'll just eat a bunch of bbq.

No car so I can't leave downtown but I want to go across the river just to say I've been to arkansas

I would not think that you are doing any "damage" with those two products, no, but it is illegal to take adderall without a prescription for all the reasons you need scripts for things. Adderall is no joke.
