245, 2 x 5..
then add 5 pounds a week..
when that stalls out (for two weeks straight)..
switch to 2 x 3..
same thing and when that stalls..
3 x 2..
then when that stalls, reset to 265, 2 x 5.
It's pretty simple and might help you.
