Some kid from my school is claiming 180kg front squat and 320kg deadlift. Earlier in the week he said he did rack pulls with 160kg. Brb using half my deadlift 1rm for knee height rack pulls and doing 100 reps.

Been benching BW (70kg) for reps.

Last Tues could only managed 3 sets instead of the usual 5. Last rep was horrible, left tricep was giving out and bar was lopsided. frown.gif

But smoked a 3 rep 75 kg set on Fri.

Most likely gonna bench today.

Jelly of bros doing 80 kg (1.5 plates) for reps.

What is wrong with my body?

Depends on what aspects of 5/3/1 you mean by 'same approach'. I generally define 5/3/1 as:

1) A process of approaching assistance.
2) A monthly 'wave' which works the lifts through a variety of rep schemes.

Aesthetic programs usually seem to major in the minors, idunno.

Benching too often

I swear my gym moved the rings out farther on the bar. Did my usually index fingers barely touching the outside of the rings and almost dropped the bar on the outside of my hand when putting it back on the pegs. WTF.

Good news is that Frozen Shoulder Workbook + Theracane are coming today. I know I shouldnt see this as a neck pain cure-all but hopefully it allows me to wear ties again.

Pulled 405 today to tie my PR, only difference is I'm 17lbs lighter than the last time I did it.
