How bad will i fuck myself up if i start deadlifting and rowing with a sprained/tweaked lower back. It's been 3 weeks since i did any proper power movements except leg press. Back was feeling better then i went to the doctor for an unrelated reason and she squeezed my back and its hurt worse ever since. Im just doing high volume and high frequency training to try and keep my bulk going, but i want my proper routine back especially BB rows and heavy benching.

Also got a shoulder impingement on the left side, caused mostly by incline bench or anything overhead, and it's chest day tomorrow so i dont know what do. Need to try and start doing some rehab exercises.

seems like common sense to avoid training that which is already injured

I just tried to do a push-up. Hurt too much to do a single one. Not sure how I'm supposed to recover and get back to benching 255 when a one push-up feels like getting stabbed. Maybe turn bench day into a rowing day for 1 month?

Twas a good cheat day. Large pizza, Chicken cacciatore, pint of soft serve from milk momofuku, 5 shots of vodka, 2 donuts and milk from dunkin donuts. Mmmmmmm
