Mine are 25" as well although not as lean and i'm 194lb. Calves are just under 15.5 and look small need to start doing calf work.

Phil Heath is Mr. Olympia 2012 if anyones interested or didn't know. Kai came pretty close, could have gone either way really.

Was down in Roanoke this past weekend for a wedding... definitely was the look of the locals in the area. Was also surprised at the amount of homeless people roaming the street of the city.

So frustrated by my neck pain. Have tried doing t-spine stretches, shoulder mobility work, trap strengthening and PT exercises. Nothing seems to help. I would say the trap work probably exacerbates it most. I have a feeling that the ergonomics of my desk set-up are causing this or at the very least making it worse, need to get a keyboard tray and possibly raise my monitor. Anyone have any success relieving neck pain with ergonomic fixes?

Bulking's fucking slow as hell, this sucks. Going out of town for a week next week which means no lifting, another week wasted.

Gotta add in some ab work because I do none right now. Fucked up my right shoulder again squatting. I have absolutely no idea how that happens. Was a few days ago and is feeling a lot better now, though, so I don't know what the hell is up with it.

Switching to cleaner eating. Sick of gaining fat.

Yeah...Roanoke sort of invites the homeless to come live in our town. We have multiple shelters and free clinics...so it's sort of the area hub for them. At the hospital, probably about 25% of the psychiatric patients are just homeless people who want a place to stay and probably 10% of the ED patients are homeless people looking for drugs.

This was after about 1.5 years of half-ass lifting in high school(played football). My max bench was something like 185 with horrendous form.
