So how do I spend the least amount of money? I keep comparing prices and then get tripped by shipping cost and shit. Im willing to buy the 16 lbs or whatever fo rbulk discount but I do need some basic flavor. Generic chocolate is fine.

Dymatize Elite Whey from bb.com has been one of the best in terms of quality, taste, and price. You can buy in 10 pound boxes.

What you buy in those brown bottles at the grocery store typically is already heavily diluted.

Forgot how good pressing in wrist wraps feels. Dumbbells kept sliding during floor press so I put a pair on. Probably the most uncomfortable piece of equipment i have though.

Absolutely retarded women at the gym. Doing some box squats 7x5 day. Women asks if she can use the box, tell her im using it and I have a few sets left. 5 minutes later she walks up to me and asks to use it again and says I don't really need to use it because all im doing is sitting down on it.....

That happened to me as well during my cut. I was hungry basically the whole time.
I think it's an effect of fasting and eating huge meals. I know the fasting is supposed to reduce hunger and cravings but every morning I'm dreaming of that first meal of the day.

What you can do is to use the one pre workout meal setup. That way you have to eat a lot more in a shorter time than when you train fasted, 100% cal intake in 8 hours versus 80% in 4-5, thus being able to really get full. Low fat ice cream, cereals and the like are ok right after workout as well.

Just so you know, this feeling will stay when you increase cal intake. Yesterday I ate 3000 cals in 3 hours PWO. It was torture the first couple of times but now it goes down pretty easy.
