There's this skinny mofo who's at the gym every day, doing what seems to be 20 sets per body part with every conceivable exercise. In the time it took me to deadlift, he did shoulder press, db press, alternating db press, lateral raises, front raises, upright rows. His arm days are even better... bb curl, db curl, ez curl, machine curl, preacher curl, db preacher, kickbacks, pushdowns, overhead pushdowns, skullcrushers, machine tris, etc. I just want to slap him across the face with a copy of starting strength... ..then I remember I was once that kid
I guess we all have to go through that fantasy bodybuilder stage.
