I wish I could still drink coffee.

Even the tiniest bit causes stomach issues now due to overproduction of stomach acids.

Pro-tip for teeth whitening: The active ingredient in almost all commercially available whiteners is basically a modified hydrogen peroxide molecule(or sometimes just H2O2 itself). You can buy peroxide at any drug store for about 70 cents and swish a little over your teeth daily and see really drastic whitening over a couple weeks. Only issue is sometimes people can't stand the taste or it might irritate your gums.

lol...i just use a good ole fashioned syringe filled with water. Curse my native american genetics with their propensity to cause excessive earwax. frown.gif

I wish caffeine still had a noticeable effect on me. I feel like I should drop all stims for like 2 months to get a good reset.

I get a lot of wax buildup too. A good ear flushing feels freaking amazing.

Not happy, i've decided it would be sensible to take some time off to let my lower back heal from whatever the fuck is wrong with it. Just as i am starting to make some progress the bulk has to stop after 7-8 weeks. Did some light ish chest and arms work today, great. Natty results are so slow im becoming increasingly tempted by cell tech.

Natty feels like a waste of time sometimes. At least at the end of the day, I'll still be able to accuse guys who are more swole than me of cheating. And after about 10 years of doing this, I'll finally have the physique I desire(maybe).

You need to make sure to dilute it because it can damage your teeth.
