That's what I do. New Taylor Swift album is out so I'll have plenty of lyrics to use.

Up until this point I assumed it was my weak hamstrings and ankle inflexibility.

It depends. Is the bar travelling vertically in an imaginary straight line over your mid-foot?

Me and gf broke up yesterday (feels bad man give me some support h&b bros) so I'm probably gonna work on staying leaner year round instead of letting myself get fat in the winter, will also start training arms more.
Iphone 4S came in the mail so hopefully there will be some gym retards I can instagram at my uni gym.

it's ok asshole I'm sure you'll be back together by the time I type this

Not back together, comforting myself by buying another 4.5l of spirits for uni (2.5l of that is gin because it is the drink of the gods)

Last 4x9 day of smolov. Did the first set without any pausing, feels good man. Should easily get 20kg out of this, maybe 30.

I never thought to phrase it as creatine-related nausea, but I think I get this, too. I would suggest it is creatine-caffeine related nauseas.

I have a friend who was 270lbs at 5'5 all natural. 20% bodyfat, hydrostatically tested. You do the math.

No math necessary. The issue is sustained leanness, not your chubby friend.

Uh? That's still 216LBM.

Sustained leanness has nothing to do with that.

I mix my creatine mono with Xtend(BCAAs) as well. Love it that way. Creatine mono is relatively water insoluble, so it has a tendency to just sit and clump in your stomach. By putting in the BCAAs and plenty of water, it tends to prevent it from sitting in your stomach. XTend + Creatine mono used to wash down my caffeine pills pre-workout and I'm feeling like a Super Saiyan.

How do you know that "it has a tendency to just sit and clump in your stomach" ?

The dude you posted...if he's 6'0" and 250 pounds in the pic like you said...at MOST sitting at 12% bf(that's VERY generous), that puts him 220lbs of LBM. Fucking LOL if you even for a second think that that's possible naturally.

I will add to knucks comment..

Agreed that it is not common but definitely possible.

Chris Duffin is drug-free and weighs a bit under the 250 mark. He just got a hydrostatic test done a few weeks ago and he's sitting at 7.5%.

With all this said, lets all just remember that the Olympics is a drug-free "federation" as well.
