Is it possible that some of my squat trouble stems from not leaning far enough forward? This is with a relatively low bar stance.

Up until this point I assumed it was my weak hamstrings and ankle inflexibility.

I don't know about you guys, but the whole point of this is to be healthy and look good last few posts those guys are disgusting.  My gf walked past the comp while I was looking at this thread and said "ewww, please don't turn into one of those guys." 

 

Anyways besides my 2 cents on being aesthetic.  I spent 2 hours experimenting on making microwave protein cake, made 10 different cakes all were so dry and disgusting until 1 came out pretty fucking excellent, so I thought I'd share.  Tried Iso100 whey, raw rice protein, dual action whey + casein, ON casein, jay robb whey finally tried lean dessert.

 

1 whole egg large

1/3 tbsp baking powder

1 Scoop Lean Dessert Chocolate by BSN (similar in composition of proteins to syntha 6 and myolean although little more fat which might help with moisture)

1/4 cup Fat free milk

 

mix well, microwave around 45 secs- 1minute (best to experiment and tastes better undercooked than overcooked)

The guy in the video Charly posted is in his mid-50s, doesn't smoke or drink, and is pretty low BF, especially given his size. What's not "healthy" about that?

Trying this now, but with unflavoured (for dem macros) myprotein whey. Looks pretty disgusting.



Edit: I swear mate you're one cheeky cunt that tastes disgusting. Oh well 31g of protein and it took a minute to make.

I told you man I tried 7 different protein powders and 6 of them resulted in something that tasted like a kitchen sponge, 1 was pretty decent.

Truthfully I only should have 4.  2 whey and 2 casein, but they have accumulated lately.
