Sorry, I should clarify. This is my groin, it is the labrum around the hip joint. I am chock full of injuries. Frankly, I am glad that at least I know what the situation is, it just refusing to get better with PT.

We have the same shoulder issue and I dont think either requires surgery. I have been doing a lot more shoulder mobility work and while I am not sure it is helping, it certainly isnt getting worse. I keep hoping that my dislocations will get more flexible and I will be able to go narrow with my towel but no such luck.

Edit: One more thing. I asked about the knee pain I was having. He said it was Patellofemural Syndrome. Apparently it should go away with a little PT, stretching and time off.

after 2 weeks off lifting heavy I am too. Was a bit achy before.

High teens. Dogs face could be used for a is this real life pic. Didn't you say something like you didn't want to take your squat past 275 or something? Got to get stronger if you want to look like that.

I don't want to squat because I'm pretty sure if I cough during a rep, the bar is going to go flying. Don't want to bench and crush my chest. So I just sit here and twiddle my thumbs. sucksman.

Yea, at that time my lower body was way ahead of my upper body because of olympic lifting. I was sort of insecure about that and didn't want my legs to get bigger, now that my chest and back have caught up I def wana get stronger.

I fall asleep easily, but I often wake up in the middle of the night with soreness and feeling achy.

Leaving Ameriland tomorrow. So excite to get back to training. Acquiring quads made plane rides even worse. Forgot America doesn't have pirate bay blocked, torrented call me maybe for gym trolling/dancing around my dorm room/Putting on when im having sex for sex trolling.
