I think I'll do them every workout, time permitting. Or is that overdoing it?
Dan John's said if it's important, do it daily

Once you start adding weight to planks, it makes them pretty fatiguing. If I do them daily, my other lifts suffer a bit from core fatigue(particularly squats).

cool, spent $200 on a camera to video my lifts for my training. Take it home and read the instructions to realize you can only upload videos that are 320 x 220 resolution to youtube via wifi. what a junk

Some calluses ripped out while lifting; left some nasty holes in my fingers. Obviously, I'm going to wrap them in bandaids and  tape to train, but would it be better to let them dry out when I'm at home or keep them bandaged?

I'm not sure what this was but you definitely shouldn't clean like that. Basically reverse curl plus a hip thrust. You need to get your elbows up.

Styleforum please help my sister bench press. I think if she can get a decent bench press she'll be able to compete in power lifting since she's great at squats and deads. Even with just the bar her arms shake loads. It's not that hard for her to press it, but her elbows wobbling loads and she has no stability. I think she's not keeping her back tight.

Lying triceps extension. Skullcrushers or behind the head?

Last advice I read about callouses was to research what rock climbers had to say on the issue.

+1

ripptoe style extensions feel good man. Probably end up getting so chest and lat involvement as well as triceps, but no cares.

Started experiencing knee pain for the first time a couple weeks ago while hiking. I am 99% sure it was brought on by all the PT work on my groin. Exercises focused on doing one leg work which I think put a lot of stress on my knee (only pain is in the knee on the same side as my groin injury). Any recommendations for how to deal with knee pain? I feel soreness towards the front of the knee.

Also, really random but since I started bulking, I have lost my taste for sweet foods - protein shakes, dessert, protein bars, ice cream etc. My body seems to only crave savory, protein heavy food. I had a chicken burger with bacon and mozzarella as a snack yesterday. Anyone else have this experience? It actually seems counterintuitive to me.

Get a proper diagnosis.

Buy knee sleeves, got rid of the tiny bit of knee pain i had.

Guy in my uni dorms called Aziz lololololol.

Girl I know made this her fb status

the amount of things people say to me about diet/exercise makes my head hurt. if women lift weights they'll look hench, you can't eat carbs after 6pm, negative calories exist, sit ups will magically give you a six pack, and zumba will shrink your thighs, cardio will "tone" you and I'm actually morgan freeman trapped in a white mans body

feels good man. Shes got the black genetics, worked out for like a month and then could do 6 pull ups.

I lean forward quite a bit in the bottom of a squat, but im pretty sure the bar is still over mid-foot. I have long femurs and a relatively short torso, so is this to be expected, or should i work on staying more upright? This happens even with light weight although slightly less pronounced.
