so turns out my elbow isnt too bad. it was pretty stiff when i went to bed but i woke up it felt a lot better, did some bench and it wasn't too bad. shit scared me though, fucking showers.

that recipe sounds pretty good GN, may have to blend greek with tzaziki because that shit is too good to not eat. just made this honey garlic chicken and it turned out pretty well though i couldnt get the sauce to reduce to that sticky honey garlic sauce everyone knows and loves.

It seems that stretching doesn't do dick.
I think a good regiment would be to:
1. Break up adhesions
2. Strength training
3. Stretching
This is based on my experience with trying to get thoracic mobility back. I've been doing all the foam rolling, stretching possible, but without strengthening in the new ranges, nothing stays.

Yes and no. Generally, the idea is that you (i) mobilize to extend range of motion, and then (ii) train with this new range of motion to strengthen it. Strengthening newly acquired RoM is key for a number of reasons, including that it helps maintain the RoM. This is part of what allows former gymnasts and dancers to maintain crazy flexibility for years after they've stopped training. Stretching will temporarily increase flexibility, but if you don't train/strengthen the whole range of motion, it tends to tighten back up fairly quickly.

Got my dl's technique right finally. I'm only dling a fraction of what I used to be able to, but they felt good. Doing 315 i could feel my hamstrings slowly pulling the weight up.

Brah saying no homo is really offensive to me. Like would it really be that bad to be perceived as gay? Wait wut?

Please someone in NJ take me to there gym. Old peoples gym I have access too has dbs up to 50lb. Come at me bulgarian split squats and pull ups everyday. To be fair I can't even do a bulgarian split squat unweighted and going to a real gym and lifting would mean I'd have to bring oly shoes, belt, sleeves and my foam roller with me......
