It means my gym is about to get bro'd out to Crossfit heaven. The only thing on that list I'd consider using is the pullup bars, but even still, I have my favorite one I'll probably stick to.

All that other crap is "functional strength" sort of bro-equipment. I don't know why my gym thinks it's necessary to have prowlers but not a single proper Power Rack.

Mix some overhead press into your training. A lot of the shoulder issues you'll get from bench pressing have to do with muscular imbalance. Benching doesn't train shoulder muscles evenly, and too much imbalance will do funny things to the joint.

I see your point about relative priorities, but prowlers, kettlebells, and pullups bars are all great tools for training.

Started having some tingling in my left hand today. Goes all the way from my pinkie to about half-way up my fore-arm. I suspect it's nerve impingement from a recurring disk problem I've got at the C5. No heavy lifting until I can get in to see a PT. Hopefully there's a real PT somewhere in Shanghai...

My shoulders have felt better since I stopped overhead pressing. Loads of band face pulls, band pull aparts and pull ups seem to be keeping them healthy. They look smaller now though. I'll probably start doing them again, but every once in a while I take a break from them.

I feel distant from SF fashion any more, but something about that almost looks good. You are finally distant enough from form fitting clothing that you have an attractive clothing silhouette. Shouldn't take photos with hands in your pockets for display / critique purposes, though.

edit: And now I see the WAYWT and thumbs. Maybe I'm not too far removed after all. As has been suggested, the shoes aren't bad, but they are incongruent in a way that doesn't feel as good as the beard being incongruent.

Joking aside - this is a great silhouette and look on you. Much better than the beastly lumberjack photos of a few months ago.
