I get locked up in the tspine, back goes into hyperextension.
Doing some tspine rotation stuff (like the windmill) helps...

Probably.

Some of the strongest benchers have the worst internal rotation, for instance.

That workout was great. Felt clear headed the entire time and was better able to focus. Tingles felt...tingly biggrin.gif

However, I think I overworked my left tricep doing weighted dips. Hope it's not something that'll nag me for a while like a strain. Bleh, the last thing i need is another injury.

Random thought: when's the last time any of you came down with a cold/flu etc? Haven't been sick for at least a year. Noticing lots of either fitness-fad types or plain lazyasses getting sick all the time. Do hate people bitching about feeling like shit when they treat themselves like shit daily

That's all that I'd consider "necessary". Some folks like PWOs, I just pop a caffeine pill or two before the gym...it's a lot cheaper that way.
