How is bulking on IF?
I have a love-hate relationship with it.
I love the results I've seen. I've never had a bulk where I've gained so much LBM and so little fat(relatively speaking). I love training fasted because I feel more energetic. Eating 5 meals a day doesn't work for my schedule, so IF makes thing more convenient.
I sometimes HATE having to cram in 5k cals in my feeding window. Sometimes my window is shortened to as little as 4 hours due to work constraints...those days suck. Most days it's fine, but maybe once a week I really struggle to get the cals in.
