The most annoying problem ever, have to buy a size large just too squeeze the thighs in.

Most girls will only notice big chest or biceps.

You guys should try the same after some tspine mobilization, see if that's limiting.
I was playing around with it all yesterday - worked a bit on external rotation of the left arm and internal of the right, left over/right under was a bit better.icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I wish that was the problem Nucky. I wish.

huhwhat?  girls are weirdly unique when it comes to this stuff, but this statement is the wrongest thing i've seen on the internet in some time.  i've had girls crush on my ...

... lats in a white t-shirt

... hands (yep)

... um, fly area (thank you, margiela jeans, for the weird crotchness that i was originally on the fence about)

... clothes

... "high and tight sprinter calves" (that's a direct quote)

and let's not mention the back of the jeans.  with the love that teh gilrs have for the male backside, they make sir mix-a-lot look like a dilettante.

i live in the san francisco area, and most of the "girls" who notice my weirdly disproportional chest are, well, the kind of "girls" that SF is known the world 'round for.

can't speak to the biceps, since mine aren't that big.  i do chin-ups and pull-ups, but i don't do any bicep-specific training.

i feel you.  having the aforementioned sprinter legs, together with a comically small waist, means that i have to sometimes size up x 2.  luckily, i have a good tailor practically on retainer.

just buy the size up and get the waist taken in.  there's an opportunity here; see above comment regarding teh gilrs and their love for the male derriere.

i cook an entire week's worth of food on sunday night, and just eat leftovers all week.  i'm sort of OCD about it; i measure it all out and put it all in those Glasslock containers (buy them on amazon *now* if you don't have them), with sticky notes that list all the macro numbers.

i have a set repertoire of 5-6 dishes, mostly "mediterranean" with a little hint of south american, that cover the macros perfectly.  i rotate them from week to week so that i don't tire of them.  in general, it takes me about 1.5 to 2 hours to prep, cook, wash, and clean everything up.

i bought a bunch of large pots and pans from a local restaurant supply store to accomplish this weekly feat.

the only thing i eat fresh (= non-reheated) during the week is vegetables, which my wife cooks and serves to me on the daily.  good stuff.

Agreed on the derriere. Love that I'm a sprinter = muscular thighs and tight bum ftw.

Ok.

Now that I'm back from my vacation, how to get back into shape? Ran my usual 400m x 4 intervals at under 1:10 min and puked after. Bench dipped by 2.5kg frown.gif

Bench dipping by 5 pounds is nothing to worry about.

Decent amount. I've developed a Sunday ritual of hard-boiling eggs and sauteeing chicken breast to keep in my fridge at work for the week. I also chop veggies and usually make something like quinoa as well. Takes me a couple hours probably but I find it very meditative and enjoyable.

I'll have some gin and listen to some podcasts the whole time.
