God damn you fuckers are inflexible. I'm in constant pain and can't even do a pullup with a fucked scapula/shoulder, and I can grab my hands behind my back.

hit 7 sets of 3 at 215 today. most I've lifted since I met my wife. I've been trying to get past 185 for about a year I think. the guy who spots for me on saturdays was almost an hour late, and I just sat there waiting, cause I wasn't going to miss today, I've been scheduled to try 215 today for a while.

Getting in your calories on workout days are fucking hard as shit. I'm still 200 under maintenence for yesterday because I simply couldn't eat anymore. Part of this is probably that all food is making me queasy as shit when i break my fast.

IF Bros, any advice?

Man up dawg. Just worry about eating in the window and hitting macros, not so much what you eat in each meal. My post workout meal tonight was two 12" subway subs with 2x meat. =)))

You probably have *too* much flexibility hence the injuries/pain.

You guys should try the same after some tspine mobilization, see if that's limiting.

I was playing around with it all yesterday - worked a bit on external rotation of the left arm and internal of the right, left over/right under was a bit better.icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

extra virgin olive oil. Im putting 4-5 tablespoons in my pre bed shake which is almost 600 calories. Just one scoop of flavoured whey is enough to hide the flavour of the oil totally.

I don't get how you could not eat enough. I'm doing IF and just started my clean bulk. At 6'3, 175 lbs, my maintenance is supposed to be somewhere around 2700kcals.

Starting pretty easy by eating 500 kcal surplus (3200) on workout days and maintenance on rest days. Often find myself not satisfied after my 1300+ kcal post-workout meal shog[1].gif. Does this make me crazy?

 

Could easily be doing 4000 a day but it would probably be unnecessary since my lifts are still going up. Will of course increase if I stall.

 

Also thinking of just eating two meals over the 8 hour window next spring when I will cut. That way I can still eat my huge meals and get full...
