You guys should try the same after some tspine mobilization, see if that's limiting.
I was playing around with it all yesterday - worked a bit on external rotation of the left arm and internal of the right, left over/right under was a bit better.
extra virgin olive oil. Im putting 4-5 tablespoons in my pre bed shake which is almost 600 calories. Just one scoop of flavoured whey is enough to hide the flavour of the oil totally.
I don't get how you could not eat enough. I'm doing IF and just started my clean bulk. At 6'3, 175 lbs, my maintenance is supposed to be somewhere around 2700kcals.
Starting pretty easy by eating 500 kcal surplus (3200) on workout days and maintenance on rest days. Often find myself not satisfied after my 1300+ kcal post-workout meal . Does this make me crazy?
Could easily be doing 4000 a day but it would probably be unnecessary since my lifts are still going up. Will of course increase if I stall.
Also thinking of just eating two meals over the 8 hour window next spring when I will cut. That way I can still eat my huge meals and get full...
