The average football player runs far enough that if they were to run a marathon they would do it in 1h11, nearly half the world record of people who do it without kicking a ball, diving on the floor, turning to run the other way, or running slowly/not moving at all.

No, they are definitely right.

No hate for people doing pullups BUT won't his head bang on the bar running from the front of the machine to the back?

That's why the key is to do them with 1/4th ROM like everyone else at the gym. biggrin.gif

Yeah you shouldn't do pull-ups like that unless you hate your scapula.

Not big into reading papers, but uh, spot reduction might have merits?

I don't know why the SuperFeet black's would be better than the other colors, but they're definitely worth a try.

The blacks are better if you have flatter feet.  If you don't have naturally high(ish) arches, the greens might be big hurt.

You should just try them out, for at least a few days each.  You could buy a whole drawer full of them for the cost of one pair of custom orthotics, so what the heck.

along with getting insoles i would also try to roll the feet and try to strengthen them as well..dont want to rely on insoles for the rest of your life/..

I always knew I had bad mobility that way because people would laugh when they saw me do it.

But this is the first time I've actually seen it for myself. frown.gif

How do I fix this?

*please don't laugh at me heaving and breathing hard when trying to touch hands

I'm not sure but if you listening closely, you can hear my gf trying to muffle her laughter as make straining faces during it.

How to fix though? :\

But yeah there's a few things you can try, but I think to keep it simple, look here:

http://www.exrx.net/Testing/FlexFunction/ShoulderMobilityOpen.html
http://laxcrossfit.com/2012/06/05/tight-shoulders/

Basically, what I'd do (and plan on doing when I get home) is pick 1 arm and look at internal and external rotation. Then I'll compare to the other. Whichever is worse, I'll stretch or foam roll or whatever needed to improve that, then I'll retest.

I can touch my hands when putting my left arm behind my back and coming over the top with my right. When my right is behind my back, it isnt even close.
