Thats very normal for girls. Can't remember what the ratio is, but it's something like girls have 75% as much lower body strength as men, but like a third the upper body strength.

My family always takes the piss out of her for it. I think I'm part black because I have really high calf insertions (asian calf genetics not even once) and dat explosiveness and she has black women lower body.

I loled so much at women logic. If there was a disease which made everyone store loads of fat dat der natty selection would make erryone have it. It's not like when theres a famine in africa and erryone starving to death theres one brah whose like you all jelly of my thyroid condition, which is why im not dieing? Also girl 1 is fat as fuck herself.

Big thanks to MrChariyBrown. Went up to Philly today and worked on a lot of squat issues. Also I didnt realize my deadlift needed as much help as it did.

Expect big moves from me in the coming weeks.

Yes - this is insanely incorrect. Elite players will put in a 10k average per match.
