Hey, GN, I saw that post about your feet. Did the doc say anything about Plantar Fasciitis? When I went for me physical a few months ago I mentioned to the doctor that I had been having a lot of pain in my feet, especially first thing in the morning. He said it was more than likely PF. I need to upgrade workout shoes to something with more support.
High arches causes my foot to collapse, which distributes force shittily when I run. I have inserts now that help, but i'm getting custom ones (they're apparently pretty $$$ though :/)

Only consumed 1965 calories yesterday, because I didn't feel like my workout was a real "workout day." because i mostly just fucked around to see what leg shit i could do (weighted lunges, bleh).
