I need to upgrade workout shoes to something with more support.

High arches causes my foot to collapse, which distributes force shittily when I run. I have inserts now that help, but i'm getting custom ones (they're apparently pretty $$$ though :/)

Might consider this. Also might consider some of my little brothers' adderall. happy.gif

Only consumed 1965 calories yesterday, because I didn't feel like my workout was a real "workout day." because i mostly just fucked around to see what leg shit i could do (weighted lunges, bleh).

Let's see how we do today. 4 hours till lunchtime go go go.

For a couple years I had plantar fasciitis so bad I had to walk on the sides of my feet for the first couple hours of the day.  Didn't help that my feet were/are pretty flat.  Literally within a week of getting the SuperFeet Blacks, the pain was gone forever.

Hmmm, might have to check that out.

I have the same issue. Doc told me to fill a water bottle about 80% and freeze it. Then after you work out, lay the bottle on the ground and roll the bottom of your foot on the bottle, back and forth. It has definitely helped, but I still want to upgrade my New Balances to a pair with more support.

Skip - the water bottle is a trick used by PT's. Works real well. I don't know why the SuperFeet black's would be better than the other colors, but they're definitely worth a try. I'm trying out the green's as we speak.

Christ that Bronkaid is EXPENSIVE. There's a 24ct box on Amazon for $50.

Noticed that too. Is one pill 25mg worth of ephedrine? If so that's not too terrible as it's almost a month's worth.

Do you take it in the morning before breakfast every day? How long have you been on it for?

$10 at CVS. They regularly send 25 and 30% off coupons that work on the Bronk. Come at me, Amazon

Yeah, I use the frozen water bottle thing pretty often. It does help.

So apparently 3700 has become my maintenance at 183lb, must be too active at work, as i was bulking easily on this a month ago at the same weight. Have gained back 2lb of the weight that i lost while camping, including loading creatine at 10g for about 10 days. Definitley werent no water weight that i lost.

Why as soon as i get on the one bench press that we have, does everyone else want to use it after its been empty for 10 mins. Also why does every kunt come up to me and ask if im going to be using the bench when im laying on the bench warming up rotator cuffs with some 4kg DBs. Im getting paranoid that everyone thinks those 4kgs are my working sets.

I enjoy being one of the strongest brahs in the gym, feels good man. Sister deadlifted 80kg for 5x3 at a body weight of 48kg. Gonna see if I can get her squat up to 80kg and deadlift to 100kg before september. She could prob get some kind of record in the 48kg class. Bench is only like 30kg though.

Thanks for the help guys.

I've suspected for a while that girls (generally speaking) have a harder time sticking to a diet and lose weight. I guess I was right.

I will start easy with her by telling her to avoid and replace certain foods and force her to track her intake for at least 3 days in a row, while eating regularly. My guess is that she eats far too many carbs, way too little protein (been a vegetarian), but a pretty good fat intake. Macros are probably something like 10P/50C/40F with lots of sugar and bad fats.
