Deload week. More like weak. Was fucking around and tried 100lb db chest press, felt fine until on 3rd rep my right wrist suddenly gave out, feels badman.

What do you like exactly?   Do you ever venture out to anything further than 120 bpm or the standard 4|4?

From what I gather, you listen to progressive, commercial house, and top 40 so here is a list radio shows:

Afrojack - Jacked

Chuckie - BBC Radio 1

Zane Lowe - BBC Radio 1

Pete Tong - Essential Selection
Tiesto - Club Life

SVD - Identity

Eric Prydz - Epic Radio

Markus Shulz - Global DJ Broadcast

Steve Angello - Dance Department

I do not listen to any of the radio shows I've listed, but I am aware of it or have been in rotation in the past.

Maxed out my squat for 3 reps at 82.5kg, legs started caving inwards at this weight, does this mean its too heavy or does it still count as 3RM? I felt that i could have moved more weight but not without further deterioration of form. Not sure about the form/weight balance on max effort days.

Warmed up on the "good girl" machine, seemed to work as zero hip flexor pain. Also did some heavier sets on this machine at the end to try and build hip strength. After squats and RDL i did leg press, which did hurt my hip flexors, should probably remove from routine but what else can i do on a max effort leg day as squats and RDL is not many sets....

Man you guys and your techno..

Anyone else listen to metal when you lift? While I love experimental and blackened metal lifting benefits from some more conventional stuff. My playlists have a southern flair these days too. Nothing gets me pumped like:

The Atlas Moth
High on Fire
Nachtmystium
Rwake
Weedeater
Trap Them

Because I can't max squats at new gym I'm just gonna start squatting everyday. 10x2 at like 80%. Things I like about it are everyone is DYEL mode. Except this one hyper manlet (under 5') who on dat IFBB aesthetic.

I'll also be working out in NYC this Friday early afternoon.

My glutes hurt more squatting high bar. This normal? Guessing it is because I feel them working more at lock out.

i listen to metal when i lift but more death/viking/folk and metalcore thrown in. i started off with amon amarth who are my main staple but anyone like korpiklaani, tyr, falconer and einherjer are good listens. between the buried and me is fun for a change and august burns red drops pretty mean breakdowns for being christian hipstercore

amon amarth http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wz-ExsTjafQ
august burns red http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urPoGQeJzcw
korpiklaani http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvyT6MQIvvw&feature=related
between the buried and me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2CqLwj5gTA
tyr http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aw78NYAv05g

could never quite into the blackened stuff. i wouldnt really call myself a metal fan, just a fan of certain metal bands. hate 99% of metalcore but love the shit out of august burns red, same deal with death metal and amon amarth. really want to find more folk bands, falconer and korpiklaani and the like are so fucking cheesy and excellent i can't get over it. tyr fucking rules if you like a good folk viking tune - ragnarok is a brilliant album.

would love some recs on certain tunes, i missed out on amon amarth for the longest time because i listened to one of their worst songs at first and ignored them forever.
