Put on a little weight. I pretty much eat paleo + dairy - so no grains or beans - rice once in a while with sushi, corn tortillas a couple times a week when i go balls deep on some breakfast tacos, etc... I'm over 5'9", 170 which is the heaviest I've ever been, just eating more. BF is either constant from when I was 165ish or probably a bit lower. Will probably try and clean up a little more and hit 175+, see where that takes me. Feels good.
I stopped SS and deloaded, started up greyskull lp a few weeks ago, approaching my SS numbers now
Bench.. still shit, got up to like 175 before deload, did 165 but felt like shit on wed cause well, i was a little hung over.
Squat, 300x5, x5, x8 - squatting twice instead of 3 times/wk lets me recover better I think.
DL 345x5 before deload, did 325x7 after a night of drinking on wed, so yeah.
ohp today, 115x5, x5, x8
I think the extra few reps really help me mentally instead of just going "ok 5, go sit down"
