Said they definitely did 180kg because the bar was bending. Retard number 2 said thats bull shit because they were deadlifting and the bar doesn't bend when you deadlift (they both called it deathlifting). Told him, the bar doesn't bend because he's using no weight, the bar for oly lifting bends more easily then normal bars, deadlifting isn't an olympic event. Retard number 1 said the girl had really muscly arms so its not surprising she put up that much. Surprisingly retard number 2 said the oly lifts aren't really about arm strength. Retard number one says deadlifting is definitely an arm exercise because your holding the bar. Then he said "I bet if I did that exercise today my arms would really hurt tomorrow". Explained that pain is not an indictor of growth. His mind was full of fuck. He then asked how much weight I thought he could put over his head, told him about 20kg because he benches 30. Argued that because a women put 180kg up he could do 100kg. Is this real life?
