Best bit was the towers coming out of the meadow, flying rings and random 20 seconds of dizzee rascal. Worst bits were social media bull shit, internet brah coming out of a tv, entire NHS section, "England invented sport", voldemort flying about, indian boy being molested, forcing the obviously incoherent Muhammed Ali to touch a flag with the help of his carer who had to stop him from falling over. I also loled at drug free olympics. Mit Romney was right.
Because he's a talentless hypocritical cretin?

Edit: not sure I like where this might head in a few posts.

I'm jelly as fuck of you uk residents, you guys get the good BBC HD streams of everything while my ass has to sit behind some slowpoke proxy and watch that same thing like 2min lagged

First day back at the gym was pretty good, except i dropped a dumbell on my water bottle and it burst. Have decided that yates rows are one of the best exercises, wish i could fit them in my routine but they work lower back/core too much and interfere with lower body days. Also heavy low rep BB curls feel so much better for biceps than any kind of DB or preacher curl.

I think it happened when I was putting the weights down. I had 100lb DBs and my gym has a strict no dropping policy. I think when I lowered them I screwed something up.

Nice. Daisy is hands-down the best cottage cheese brand. My market had Daisy cottage cheese on sale this week, so I calculated how much I would need until the expiry date on the batch and then proceeded to load up on that ish. However, for the greek yogurt I'm a fan of Cabot 2%, texture is like pudding so smooth and creamy. Plus it's the cheapest greek yogurt in the store.

My coach puts the events on a TV in the training room. Problem solved.

Plus, nothing gets you more psyched to go lift big on your own than watching world class athletes do it 30 seconds earlier.

Yeah but only on satellite, we don't have Freesat so we can't get it except on iPlayer, and our internets too slow to run it properly. Still need to get tickets for something, might go for football since its in two stadiums both an hour away, cba going down to Laandan Taan.

It feels like it's in my lower traps. It's right between my shoulder blades directly adjacent to my spine, slightly more to the right and it radiates to my neck. It's somewhat positional...turning my head to either side increases the pain some.
