I wish it wasn't so damn hot here. I haven't been running much lately, and I feel like I have a perpetual 5-8lbs that I'd love to lose. It would be nice if I was more of a morning person and could awake up at 6am and run out the door...

There isn't a whole lot more I can do regarding my diet, other than to starve myself. I already eat a lot of whole grains, fruits and veggies, lean meats, low fat, moderate carbs.

Not what I meant. I dropped any curl work because I was doing a few hundred narrow grip pull ups a week, but now that i'm switching to wide grip my biceps aren't gonna be getting any work so I'm gonna start at them again.

lol. people died from EC when they chugged a whole bottle of EC. I use EC everyday to no adverse effect

If you are eating in deficit then you will lose fat. You are not eating in deficit.

Yup. Ephedrine is a stimulant like caffeine. If you take too much you will die, like caffeine.

Yes, I realize that. I'd rather exercise more than eat less, and the heat is preventing me from exercising more. My typical daily intake is:
Bowl of high fiber raisin bran with rice milk
cup of coffee
granola bar
lean turkey and cheese sandwich with homemade bread
cup of tea
banana
apple or orange
cup of trail mix (no M&Ms or shit like that)
some kind of lean meat with some rice or pasta and fresh veggies, or equivalent
a few fig newtons in the evening.

I am 38 (seems like my metabolism is finally starting to slow down), 6'3", 175lbs, moderate exercise.

You should be eating 1600-2000 cals to see loss. No idea what your food list calcs out to. Shouldn't involve "starving yourself" either.

No time to flesh this out, but you should lift weights, Zissou. You want to be an inefficient user of calories, not an efficient one.
