Yes, I realize that. I'd rather exercise more than eat less, and the heat is preventing me from exercising more. My typical daily intake is:
Bowl of high fiber raisin bran with rice milk
cup of coffee
granola bar
lean turkey and cheese sandwich with homemade bread
cup of tea
banana
apple or orange
cup of trail mix (no M&Ms or shit like that)
some kind of lean meat with some rice or pasta and fresh veggies, or equivalent
a few fig newtons in the evening.
I am 38 (seems like my metabolism is finally starting to slow down), 6'3", 175lbs, moderate exercise.
