They make firmer foam rollers ya know.  I've got a stick and a few different densities of foam rollers.  I've got your typical black foam roller, some PVC piping used as a roller, and then I went and got a rumble roller which has rubber spiky nubs on it as well as being much firmer.  The stick is alright but nothing compares to a rumble roller or lacrosse ball in my opinion.

Because when it launched it was complete garbage. I mean I still played it like hell because I was obsessed with FF XI online and needed a sequel. So they are sorta re-launching it with a new engine and including all the improvements they have made since launch. They are calling it FFXIV 2.0.

How dafuq do people manage to squat 2x a week AND dl once a week?

Tried some squat variations today. Kind of liked front squats. But for overhead, it hurt the hell out of my thumbs (down to the wrist). Basically felt like I was supporting the entire weight (which wasn't much since I was just trying to learn the movement) with my thumbs. Is there a certain way to grip for overheads that I should know about?

Upper back DOMS are intense. Moved down to mid back as well. First time I've considered NSAIDs for DOMS. Didn't think 3x3 zercher squats would cause this.

MWF or TThS = SqDdSq and then reverse on the following week.

yeah i don't get doms much anymore, if I do it's mostly after heavy snatching or days that I do heavy snatch assistance, sore traps and rhomboids are sore

not big on medicating but if its really bad might be worth popping few ibuprofen

It's pretty much directly the other side of my body as where I hold the bar in the zercher, is there even a muscle there? Also a bit higher up in the lats too. I don't get DOMS from pull ups or squats anymore, body just gets used to volume.

The further the bar is from your feet, the more you are using your back and arms. Sounds like proper bar positioning is causing a rounded back due to improper form?

I'm pretty sure me not keeping the bar close to my shins is what contributed to me putting my back out of commission last summer.

This is sad. FF XI made me depressed, too.

Opinions on beta-alanine with creatine? Jose Antonio really likes this combination.

I meant moreso how dafuq do you give maximum effort on W and F?

If I DL on W after squatting M, I suck. If I squat F after DLing W, I suck.
