Sticking point on my squat has changed because of paused squats. No longer have a hard time out of the hole, it's half way up now. Would use accommodating resistance, but the bands the gym doesn't have particularly heavy bands and I have no way of attaching chains. Might do bottom up zerchers from pins or something, they basically just feel like deads.
edit: all the final fantasy games I ordered last week came in the mail. Brb taking a month of lifting.

You'd make better gains on creatine. nest.gif

i dont doubt it. ive never taken it after training seriously, only when i was a rank beginner. would be interesting to see what it does now

What games did you get Fuji? I'm going to start playing 8 for the first time but waiting on a strategy guide.

12, tactics and crisis core. 8s a strange one, no leveling up so no random battles if you don't want them, just junctioning stuff.

7 > 6 > everything else. still remember the first time i saw knights of the round, when i beat ruby + emerald weapon, and got a little little teary eyed when aeris died (fuck you i was 12). spent endless hours in gold saucer, goddamn chocobo races. vincent + cid + cloud + red xiii, gg. what a great game. wouldnt mind an updated version of 6 for android. ff7 on ipad would be glorious.

Have you tried to play 7 recently? People have sorta done a 180* turn on the game, it has aged so bad; in that the story makes zero sense and the pacing sucks.

I play a stupid amount of FF XIV right now. Havn't played at all in the past 3 days but I was playing like 6-12 hours a day since launch.

It's a lot more firm than foam rollers. I really liked sitting in a chair and between sets just pressing down in the stick super hard into my thighs. Felt so good.

7 is still my favourite. played it recently, makes enough sense. Never played 6, may buy soon. Playing 12 now and it's really weird. Battle system is different.

yeah part of why 7 ruled so hard was probably because i was 12 but i played it through again in first year uni, bout 7 years ago and i still loved the shit out of it. graphics are terribad, yes, but the story held up well. i kinda agree about the pacing, but everything else makes up for it. the music is fucking awesome. everyone go check out the black mages on youtube, rock band covers FF tunes. good stuff, had it on my workout playlist for awhile.

Yea music is so good. I'm playing FF Theatrythm on 3DS and it has music from all the games, it's a great game too.

Why does XIV sound like it comes out in quarter 1, 2013 on IGN?

Most of the Russian/Eastern bloc manuals prescribe a lot of sub-maximal work to cause adaptation.  You don't HAVE to have max effort work to progress in your max though I would say it's necessary for peaking.  Depending on which smolov/shieko/whatever other Russian cycle you're running you'll notice that most have a base cycle which is much heavier on submaximal work and most have a peaking cycle which usually has you working more often above 90%.
