saw that clip of clarence, kid keeps progressing nicely. something like 20kg more on his total would put him in the fight for a podium finish in the EWC, that is unless he's moving up to 94s which will obviously require something like a 380-ish total min

totally thought he had that 190 but I guess there was some movement in the bar, well next time then.

does he hit the bar w his hips right before going under?

Been researching but I'm still kinda confused, do I use these foam rollers before or after my workout? I want to minimize quad and ham soreness.

Both. I'd do a brisk roll before and spend time on sore spots after.

But really, I wouldn't spend time with it much post workouit at the gym. I'd hit it at night before bed.

this. i found that static stretching is best done afterwards when your muscles have cooled down. my sessions are long enough as it is don't really want to hang indoors another 20min to stretch.

goin shopping in 'merica on saturday, whats the cheapest grocery store down michigan ways? i've been told meijer, want to make sure before i blow my all of my cash on chicken breasts and yogurt.

That's where I do my shopping nine times out of 10. Usually good produce and if you go the right week, they have some nice specials on a lot of different meat.

Thanks, weather permitting I'm going to Academy to get one after work.

I wish i lived a little closer to the border - the disparity in food pricing is ridiculous. I literally pay double the cost for greek yogurt and at least 1.5 times more for meat. I made a point of exchanging a bunch of cash when the dollar was at parity so im going to enjoy 100$ worth of half price grocery shopping on saturday. Then its onto somerset for dat jawnz but i think im more excited for the groceries, sad.

I'm literally a two-minute walk from a new, massive Kroger and I still end up at Meijer most times just because of the price difference. Their produce is really great, though, and if it's your thing, they've got someone making fresh sushi in the produce section during the day.

Anyone here have NASM-CFI certification? Just started studying for it and looking for any suggestions as far as tips or books/materials/etc. Picked up the DVD's and essentials book.

considering switching to sumo from conventional due to short arms and long legs... any benefits from conventional i'd be missing out on?

Do they only have Academy in the South? Wack. I've been pretty open about being from Houston though.
