Holy shitaki, that's frightening. The fact that he could stand there before falling is bizarre. Don't know how to diagnose, but talk about the limits of exertion.

Once if I had gone for one more rep I would've fainted. Something felt off so I stopped early and I almost fell down. Had to sit hard

Fainted a few weeks ago on a heavy 8 rep set. Wasn't immediately after lifting, maybe 5 minutes later.
