If you're doing SS maplefuturist, you should be definitely be eating more than 2600 calories. That's really nothing. Just browse the SS articles for 10 minutes and you'll see Rip berate people for eating that few calories. I've done it since late April and I went from ~180 to 210. Yeah, 2 months with a stall is really damn quick. As long as you started light enough and loaded at a reasonable pace, you should keep going for a while.
Had a retard talk to me at the gym today. Was paused squatting 157.5kg and he comes up to me and asks if I'm training for strength or size, told him strength. He then proceeds to strip off plates until it's just 60kg and demonstrate technique to me and tell me I should try starting strength to get through my plateau. Told him I did it before and i'm not plateauing. He then told me to increase my intensity by doing drop sets, super sets and short breaks because apparently thats really good for strength. Told him squatting 95% of my max for doubles is better. Asked me what my max was, told him 170kgx3 and he fucked off. wtf is with SStards licking mark ripptoes ass. It's not a magic program, it's not gonna work for me when I'm squatting reasonably high weight, I'm not gonna put 7.5kg on my squat every week.
Not sure how any of that has to do with SS since drop sets, super sets, and short breaks aren't part of it. Sadly, to most people it is a magic program because they've been doing useless shit for years. I'd rather have an overzealous SSer critique my SS form than a x-fitter try to preach to me about his program.
