Also broke the leg curl machine. Its a seated one, and the pad that holds your quads in place with handles to brace against bent and wont stay in place on the pin anymore. The only other leg curl we have is where you stand and lean forward on a chest pad, then curl your leg up behind you, does one leg at a time. Might have to switch to that, its probably better anyway.

Saw a guy in the gym today that used to go to my old gym. Last time i saw him was probably a year ago when he was about 6'3 and probably 140lb, with larger bone structure than me. I was like 160lb at the time and doing 3 x 8 dips, he tried to join me for a set and couldnt do a single unassisted dip. The rest of his routine was going round every single machine with really light weight and just lifting it with little effort. Well he must have sorted his routine and started eating, because his upper body is now quite well developed, was really impressed with his chest and tris, a lot better than mine. He has no legs and not much back though, but seriously mirin progress. Seems to be doing a very high volume chest/tri workout. Nice to see another extreme ecto make progress.
