I wakeboard a bit when I am not normally lifting. So I feel like I am probably going to have shoulder issues constantly being pulled by a boat 20MPH+. Also, it's messing with my hips and glutes. While it is a good workout on my hammy and quads, it probably messing up my hips being bounded to the board. Thanks for vid dude
Ugh cant wait til I'm not sore and I can get back into the gym. Haven't done any squats/leg presses in almost 2 weeks due to some minor knee issues from the last time I squatted. Most likely I tweaked it from messing around non-gym related. I'm just impatient and wanting to work some overhead squats into my routine.
