Just looked these up and its what i do, but ive always called it skullcrushers. I just use one dumbbell though, seems its supposed to be done with 2.
Realised I have to go on a week long camping trip/ 35 mile hike in the middle of what was supposed to be 3 months of dedicated bulking. FML gonna lose weight and strength and get out of routine and generally be pissed off.
