Fuck. I wanted to hit 225 x 8 on bench. Got stuck half-way on the 8th. frown.gif Goal at end of next 2 weeks is 250 x 3, should be no sweat.

38kg for 3x8 on incline db bench, feels good man. I go really deep on incline, thought I felt my left pec tear. Felt bad man.

Good job adding skullcrushers...awesome exercise. I think it's good to have 2 different tricep isolations though...for me it's skullcrushers and rope pulldowns(and of course, weighted dips). That way you're getting work on all the heads of the triceps and fill them out nicely.

On the topic of tricep exercises...I was able to crank out 6 deep dips with an additional 90 pounds today. I think next week I'll try and up it to 115 and see how many I can do.

Just looked these up and its what i do, but ive always called it skullcrushers. I just use one dumbbell though, seems its supposed to be done with 2.

Realised I have to go on a week long camping trip/ 35 mile hike in the middle of what was supposed to be 3 months of dedicated bulking. FML gonna lose weight and strength and get out of routine and generally be pissed off.

In my gym there's like 2-3 racks that are made for doing what is posted above. Most the equipment in the gym is a good 20-30 years old... maybe it was popular back in the day. But anyways they are strange looking, dusty, and i've never seen anyone use them.
