I do incline db press, not overhead, but even back when I was doing seated overhead db I'd lower the dumbbells all the way down until they were in line with my shoulder. Sounds like you're doing this:

BTW, does any caffeine on clen get you twitchy? Like even a cup of green tea? Or just higher caffeine stuff like coffee and soda?

Yeah pretty much, I go a bit lower then the diagram, that looks like parallel. On incline I go all the way down until the dbs touch my pecs. Yes caffeine makes me very jittery on clen, had to stop drinking any coffee, had 2 esspressos and my heart was racing.

Yeah, never did a full course of it. Just my friend had it a few times so I'd take it, didn't feel it as much as I feel clen. Never went over 60mg and yeah it was ephadrine HCL. Might take some during the 2 weeks I'm gonna be off clen before my next cycle. Don't know if its anti catabolic/slightly anabolic as clen is.

EC is okay, suppresses appetite pretty fine, good stimulant if you need one.

how caffeine-addled are you guys? i put down 4 cups of black coffee each morning on the regular and i will either brew another 4+ cups at home or grab a red eye at school or work in the afternoon. average daily coffee intake is 6-10 cups. i couldn't imagine taking something like ECA on top of that.

My caffeine intake is 2 doses of ECA, + 2 cups black coffee + 3-4 diet sodas throughout the day + a pre-workout(Jack3d or 1MR).

All in all comes out to over 1g/day.

im probably well over 1g/day too, i forgot to take note of diet soda which i do drink a fair bit of.

gift from the rents; just finished my program at school and they asked what i wanted. i jokingly replied "meat." this is what i just found:
