I don't have the figures regarding strength, but lets just say everything is almost back to normal. It got pretty shitty towards the end, the last few weeks, so I just did a bunch of high volume work - hence I can't tell you how much it sucked strength wise.
I started my cut at 206, got down to 181. A decent amount was just water/bloat - I thought I'd be leaner that I actually ended up being. The initial idea was to drop to 185, but then at 188 I saw that another 3lbs wouldn't matter so I pushed for 180. After a bit of a sauna one day I was 180.2 and figured that was enough.
Over the next 3 months the plan is to put on 5lbs/month, eventually get to 200-205 again.
I won't go into much detail on the diet because good stuff isn't free, but no carbs on non-training days otherwise carbs only around training times. I did not cut my carbs at all during the diet, only thing that changed for me was the amount of cardio (read: not much) and fats.
