ever since tweaking my back a couple weeks ago, that's all i've been able to do with dumbbells. feels bad to not be able to squat/deadlift, but it's fun to indulge in that urge to do work on some vanity lifts. Have a bachelor party in AZ this weekend...gotta keep that pump going.

Met with the strength and conditioning director of weightlifting at my university and met all the coaches there. If I can work it into my work schedule, I can lift at the facility full of bumpers, platforms, etc etc.icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Lower back DOMS from conventional deads are intense. Had to take a day off, never take a day off. Cannot tell if DOMS or I fucked my back up, probably DOMS because I was only doing tripples with 140kg with a belt. Feels like someone dropped something heavy on my lower back, not shooting pain.

I'm sick of buying new pants. I'm genetically predisposed to having absurd legs.

Just maintaining the mire-muscles now, focusing on yoga, taking things a bit easier.

345. and then i strained my si joint in october and never bothered to try again.

Given how much stronger my bench is from all the tricep kb shit, i'd imagine my DL went up a good 10/15 lbs.
